Thanks, and you too! There are lots of clinks and clunks lately because I find it hard to write funny little things anymore, but I get tired of writing about “it” all the time. Maybe I could find a little side door where “it” is not quite so obvious — like your Narcissus idea. NaPoWriMo and its many prompts might help … though in November, I did the chapbook challenge think at Poetic Asides, and after Nov. 8, all my poems were like “Yes, OK, here’s a poem about the color brown, but OMG THIS WHOLE OTHER THING IS HAPPENING, AND I CAN’T BELIEVE IT.”
